Thanks to St Peter's Hospice for use of their Nailsea shop image in the header.

Sue Ryder

On Monday 14th May, a trio of London-based comics paid a visit to the Sue Ryder shop in Camden, giving away goodies including books, clothing and a sturdy flatcap to the charity.

Pictured above is Ben Target, with a collection of books, which he had bought from a charity shop, a circle which he has described as "renting some books". He also brought in some shirts and his "Chaplin shoes" which he wore throughout his Edinburgh Festival run.

Pictured above is Thom Tuck, of the sketch-trio the Penny Dreadfuls. Wearing a jacket bought in a charity shop. Clutching books soon to be given to one.

Pictured above is Tom Goodliffe, with just some of his goodies: much reading matter, hiking boots, and loads and loads of hats. He loves his books. But the plethora of headgear is slightly more surprising to those who know him.

Them three

Thanks to all three of them for getting up and into town for 10am, and for such a good cause!
